1. It is not worth your life. People be crazy(drugs involved=1000x)

2. See if you can get a police report on the vandalism. Not about the contractor just damage. You have great pictures!

3. Call your insurance company and see what is covered under vandalism.

4. Good luck!

We should chat at some point.

I like investing in the LA County area...

Without a reading of the agreement it's hard to understand when you are allowed to withdraw money, but it would seem like fundraise keeps moving the target.

When you invest in a "fund" you are at the mercy of the managers. No way around this.

Pray they don't lose it all as many REITs are in trouble.

DR lost his *** off in real estate.

He does not understand it and it's not really his thing.

He does have business savvy...he makes millions off being a condescending a-hole teaching people basic checkbook balancing and credit management (7th grade level)

This is an RE site with RE investors. Genius would be Kiyosaki, Norris, Cantu, the list goes on and on. I would never put money into the S&P or IRA, nor would I save up for my kids college via a 529. They get houses that solve that problem.

You will never save your way to bring rich, but if being debt free is your goal have at it!

Sounds like total BS

Tell your agent that you do not give permission to give out your phone number or any contact information (don't make it easy for them) Not under any circumstances!

If they are going to sue let them serve you first. At that point (once you have the complaint)  talk to a lawyer.

DO NOT skip the lawyer but it sounds like you don't need one. Not yet.

Contractor...hummm...

Someone had the time and knowledge to remove the appliances

A good contractor will cover the loss they caused either way.

“Thank you for applying. Management will go with the most qualified applicant. We will be in contact.”

-Accept all applicants.

-Keep your internal qualifications high.

-Go with the best app even if it takes a while.

***Looks like your applicant does not qual due to income.

Way too long!
I would assume there is some other issue...

I've done it many times.

I would not rent out a room to someone but I've always bought 2-3 units at a time.

I rent to my best friend and also my wife's friend.

We live in the small front house of our triplex.
