OMGness, yes!  That is also very generous of you.  Newbies have no concept of costs - they estimate their figures way too low and then are scrambling for cash.  That's usually how I meet them.  I certainly think that this would be of great value. I would certainly ask to use your information when I am meeting with new investors.

Yeah, 580 but they have to meet certain requirements.  Income, reserve, etc.  Some of my clients would be home bound with a 650.  @Mindy Jensen

I keep tabs for my clients, lol.  :)  J

I don't know if this would interest you and I am not a lender - this is a referral source.

I just began a professional relationship with a consultant for unsecured bank lending/10% interest and I believe a 10% funding fee. Loans from $50K - $300K if your credit is good. If you qualify and are interested in that route, it may help. Key word here I think is "unsecured". Reach out if you think this might be an option for you. I believe funding takes +/- 3 weeks. I’m in credit education and repair, not lending but many of my high net worth clients are like you, looking for lending products and getting from approval to cash in hand for growing businesses is the biggest delay they have so I try to help them.

@Steve Vaughan

I try to help the people and I too have to bring the harsh truth to my clients.  Just today I had to ask a client why was he car shopping when he has a perfectly reliable car?  You can't want a house in the near future if you are going to buy a car that depreciates in value as soon as you drive off the lot.  SMH!  The world of credit education and repair, so fun!  :)

Thank you for your kind words, now let's Harsh Truth the world, hahaha! :) J

PS - I am proud of your accomplishments - great job friend.

@Steve Vaughan I hear you friend.  What I have found with my high net worth clients is that they sometimes need a large sum of cash for a deal and banks drag them through the mud to qualify.  This is a possible option is for those people who need say $100K to turn it into $150K in 3-6 months.  Then the short term loss of 10% interest is nothing when it means a nice chunk of change in profit.

Most of the people who are interested in this type of lending are looking at their return on investment.  They also have to have good credit.  Broke friends probably have broke credit, lol.  : )  I respect your opinion though and thank you for sharing - someone needed to hear that harsh truth for sure!  J

@Wendell Early, this guy is National and I know he can't tell us due to privacy issues.  The only thing I can say is that one of my business associates has been working with him for 4 years and he came highly recommended.  You will get to speak to him directly so that you can determine for yourself if this is a good fit for you.

PS - Sorry for the delay in answering, yesterday was a crazy credit repair day, hahaha!  :)  J

Hi @Nicholas Duncan, it's unsecured lending products - bank backed - based on your credit.  If you don't have any crazy on there and your scores are in the 700's then they shop bank underwriting guidelines to see where you would more than likely be approved.  The interest is 10% and the fee to the consultant (not me) is 10%.  However for short term lending, or if you want to infuse money into a deal and you're sure that you are going to gain in return it's a good deal.  From beginning the application to funding it can take up to 30 days but typically 3 weeks.  Keep in mind that since it is bank lending products once the loans hit your credit - based on your debt to credit ratios - your score may drop but flip it.....once it's paid off and if you keep the lines open your DTC changes based on your balances (Amounts Owed is 30% of your credit score).  It's monopoly with your money.  I work with a lot of business owners who have to drag through the process of lending and this is a much quicker fix for them to get the money they need.  It's cash, not credit cards.  If you are interested just reach out to me but please know that I do charge my consult fee which is $100.  That consult includes a complete review and analysis of 2 credit reports - I use Credit Karma for this however a detailed credit physical is $300 and I look at 4 reports.  I'm not selling you, just informing you.  If you feel that you meet the criteria without the consult then I send you the information you need to apply and you can move forward from there.  My goal with my clients is to educate them as much as I can.  I hope I answered your question to your satisfaction.  J
