@Jay Hinrichs and @Omar Khan Thank you for that insight. I see that there so many negative reviews.

Does somebody have experience working with Real Wealth Network, USREEB, or Morris Invest. I am looking to invest in a Multi-family and would like some guidance.

Hi @Peter Bechmann, I was referred to The Trinity Group and I looked up Northpoint Asset Management online. I can let you know which one I end up going with and why.

Hi all, I have done some research in the Columbus, OH market as far as property managers for a 12 unit 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. I have narrowed it down to The trinity Group at HER Realtors and Northpoint Asset Management. Has anyone worked with either of them to give me some feedback on their reputation and business model?

Your information is highly appreciated.

I have been looking at a couple of property management companies in the Columbus, Ohio market that can manage a 12 unit 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, but it is difficult to narrow down on some of the best and not just in price, but in the quality service they provide. Does anyone have experience with The Trinity Group at HER Realtors or Northpoint Asset Management, or Real Property Management.

If you can PM me and let me know your experience, i would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks, Israel

Hi all,

I am in the process of closing on a 12 unit multifamily in Columbus, OH. Part of the lending requirements is that they would like me to select a property management company prior to close. I have interviewed a couple of them so far such as The Trinity Group at HER Realtors, ERA Real Solutions Realty, Northpoint Asset Management, Columbus Property Management Pro's, Golden Gate Real Estate. Does anyone recommend any of these PM's for this area?

Property managers are so important in the deal, since it can make or break a deal. If a good one will be honest, and not try to nickel and dime each service.

Happy Investing!

Hi,

I am looking to purchase my first MFR but hit with the challenge of being rejected by some local banks in Columbus, Ohio because I am resident of California as well as there minimum is higher than 650K. Is there another way to find out which local banks do commercial loans that meets this criteria?

Thanks, and happy investing!

Thanks everyone! I appreciate all the feed bac. It looks like depending on what state I invest, I would need to talk to a aasset atterney in that state. It seems there are many options such as mitigating the accidents from happening, having a good PM, having a large enough unbrella policy, and putting the property in a LLC. This must be the case that one shoe doas not fit all. I just fugured there was a general rule of thumb when purchasing a MFR and protecting yourself. Thanks again, for all your input.
