Looking to Purchase my 12 unit deal in Columbus, OH

Hi all,

I am in the process of closing on a 12 unit multifamily in Columbus, OH. Part of the lending requirements is that they would like me to select a property management company prior to close. I have interviewed a couple of them so far such as The Trinity Group at HER Realtors, ERA Real Solutions Realty, Northpoint Asset Management, Columbus Property Management Pro's, Golden Gate Real Estate. Does anyone recommend any of these PM's for this area?

Property managers are so important in the deal, since it can make or break a deal. If a good one will be honest, and not try to nickel and dime each service.
