@Jasmine C. I would recommend either Renters Warehouse or Worth Clark Realty. I have contacts for both. PM me for their contact info. It took only a few weeks to get a renter in and I'm happy with the results.

@Lauren Hogan In my initial conversations with people who are not familiar with real estate investing, I use the FaceBook comparison to BP. For those who are interested in Real Estate and looking to build their business, I share with them about how BP is such a relevant community for RE investors with such great educational tools, advice, and forums.
