Help with refy cash out

I am in the blue springs Kansas City lees summit independence mo area. I purchased a duplex, rehabbed and now want to cash out. It's only been a few weeks since closing. I've called prob fifty banks and no luck. Anybody got an advice?

@Reggie Maggardyou should try Arvest bank in Kansas City. They funded a deal for one of my investor buyers that no other bank would.
