leasing company in KCMO

I am looking for a company that places tenants into rental units in or around Kansas City Missouri. my unit is currently vacant and I have a property manager.  I like my PM but they are not good at filling my vacant units.  I am looking for a company, property management company or real estate agent that is willing to fill the vacancy without me having to move property managers.  anyone know of any companies that do that?  If you are a turnkey company in KCMO who do you use to fill your homes for your clients?

@Jasmine C. I doubt you'll get someone just to place a tenant in KC. That's the most time-consuming part of property management and most PM companies need the following 12 months of charges (to you) just to recoup the effort they put into finding a quality tenant. Sounds like you need a better PM in Kansas City. Filling vacant units is one of the key components of a good PM.

If you do find someone willing to find a tenant for you: a) you'd better ensure they find a good quality tenant! (after all, what do they care? they're not managing the property so any tenant is fine by them just so they get paid), b) they're gonna charge you a lot of money for this service since they're not your PM and not getting monthly payments from you bc, as mentioned, this is the most time-consuming part of PM.

I'd strongly recommend getting a better KC PM!
