Does anyone know of an online commercial website that gives a value for commercial property? I have a client looking to sell a property in Newark, NJ and would to know how much the building is worth. If you have any resources that may help finding a value please let me know.

@Julian Dozortcev I am in the Essex County area and live in Orange. The city is not great and has its challenges. With that being said there are still some opportunities to buy. I don't know what you are buying the property for or what your investment strategy and goals are. There is new development near the train station in Orange and that will cause an influx of people to the area. If you would like to talk further you can get my contact information in my profile.

Most of those area are good areas. I went to Rutgers University in the early 2000's and they have done some development in that area since then.
