Hello fellow BPers,

I'm Johannah. I grew up around real estate investing; I know how powerful and wonderful a tool it can be!

My husband and I are working on our first deal - a duplex or triplex in a strong neighborhood; a fixer-upper. We're already pre-approved for a loan. So far, BRRRR deals are our planned long term strategy. We're busting our butts/nose to the grindstone searching for a great deal and a great team.
