I have a NPN for sale in Ohio. The property is located at 9612 Manor Dr. Cleveland, OH. The property is a two family and I have started foreclosure on the property. I am asking $7,500 or best offer. If you would like more information please let me know.

I would have gotten a real estate license. I would have focused on being an investor. Being an agent was/is not my thing but may work for you. I would talk to the successful agents in your area and see what they do on a daily basis and see if that is something your can and want to do.

I would like to know how investors feel about the fix and flip market? For those that are fixing and flipping, are you able to sell your properties quickly or having to hold them? Buyer requirements for a mortgage are  more difficult these days and I am wondering how investors who fix and flip are dealing with this issue. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I have non-preforming and preforming notes that I can buy directly from a seller and I need funding. Would anyone know of a source that understands funding note purchases? I am willing to give the funding source a percentage of profit from any note deal. Please let me know if anyone knows where I can find funding.
