FUNDING FOR NOTE PURCHASES

I have non-preforming and preforming notes that I can buy directly from a seller and I need funding. Would anyone know of a source that understands funding note purchases? I am willing to give the funding source a percentage of profit from any note deal. Please let me know if anyone knows where I can find funding.

Gilbert, since you mentioned you have deals but no funding you might want to consider wholesaling the first few to kickstart your business. Most if us would be willing to buy a note that way as long as there is not a huge markup and it is still a good deal. That is a good way to earn some money to fund your own note deals.
