Come join us for this month's meeting at the Monroe County Public Library (meeting room 2A) at 7:00 pm on Monday, August 15th. Marc Kelwaski of Kelwaski Rentals will share the formulas and techniques he uses as we analyze deals together in a workshop format. Sharpen your pencils and make sure to have paper on hand!

@Thomas Landis Hey I moved up to Indy after graduating in May. Just a quick update since we last talked I closed on 2 properties 1 in South Bend and 1 in Kokomo. The South Bend house has been rented out since January and cash flowing ever since. My property in Kokomo is in the process of a full gut rehab (new roof is going on today) it's been a fun process I am trying to get another property here in Indy ASAP. Hope you guys are doing great down in Bloomington and making some moves get out there and make it happen
