You need to figure out what you really want to do and read more about mutual funds and see if its actually what you would like to do or is it something you do just because your parents tell you you should. anyhow you are building credit and its prolly decent at the moment if you havent had your car loan very long or your apartment. after some time passes of you building a history of paying bills your credit score will continue to get better.

couple of things you should have since you're obviously pretty well off. have 3-6months of living expenses in the bank incase of an emergency. and if you would like to build credit another way is to get ONE credit card and use it but dont use it alot. Just use it a little bit and pay it off at the end of the month. some people get crazy with credit cards but dont. it can be dangerous esp if u rack up some crazy amounts like i have. Im 21 in the military.

if you havent already i suggest you read robert kiyosaki rich dad poor dad if you have done that already there is a lot of free material i have found on the internet and would help you if you wanted it. if you contact me i can save you a lot of time researching. my aim is iLikeVanilla21 im also starting out and this forum is great.

if you really wanna see your credit score i think freecreditreport.com will give you an accurate score from the top credit people. I think.

noobdog what part of new york?

okay so i should have my RE license in may/april, taking a 4month course wth allied schools (some special deal where military gets a free laptop if you pass the course) anyhow what i was wondering

1. If I signed a contract with a RE agent to get the comps for an area would it be worth it to tell them im only using them to see comps in an area? and just give them apart of the whole sale deal...

2. is there anyway to find comps without asking a RE Agent?

3. Contract forms, go to an attorney or continue to look for free ones?

4. this is the most active forum i have came across, thanks guys.

Im also working on summing up all of the most valuable posts i read on this website without repeating information and creating an e-book for newbies. I jus wanted to make sure it wasnt illegal to use information found here. Learning everything i could about real estate is pretty static when searching for free information. anyhow happy holidays
