Thank you ryan. just a little background about myself. Im in the military and taking classes. Before i learned about REI i was just going out spending money and having a good time. about a month and 1/2 ago i met this person that wanted into REI but is a father of 2 without a mother to help. he is also in the military. now 90% of my spare time is searching for deals and soon to be taking an online course for my Texas RE license. (i also got a free laptop out of that deal with the school unless i fail but i wont) hehe. anyhow i believe i have my head on straight and have a lot to learn. and until i found out about investing in general i have not been very interested in really doing anything for a career. Oh I am in Emergency Management in the USAF.

I found this website just a few days ago and have been sifting through all the posts and has helped me out a great deal. the plan is to start as whole saling by creating my buyers list while im searching for deals. after my first deal going with an LLC and net working with the people i meet that i call from newspaper and other venue's. Whoever started this site, thank you.

I guess i could say my eyes were openeed to a new world after i read rich dad poor dad and then couldnt stop thinking about what i was doing wrong and trying to get back on track to doing to recover from my early bad habits. well im 21 thinking about startin off in whole saling i already read all of ryans whole saling posts. the only thing i believe im missing is the contract part, may seem like an obvious question but my attorney would be drawing this contract up with a few contingencies while whole saling? I am also in Texas, near OK. Wichita Falls.

i kinda felt like i been asleep for 21 yrs until i found that book it's kind of funny.
