I love pipedrive. I find it to be the easiest and most customizable for non techies. Also affordable.

It is highly unlikely that you rank in top 3 for keywords that matter. Make sure you log out of everything before doing your searches, because google knows you and delivers your site for your searches.

Most people do not click on the paid ads ( more than 60%) so a great website is a must for organic rankings.

You should concentrate on your website for sure. Social media sites can change the rules overnight and all your work will be for naught. Social is great for finding buyers easily, but not so good for sellers unless you are paying for ads.
I have been buying online since 2001. You don't need followers unless you are selling something.
SEO is the best return on your time, but it will take at least 6 months to get going so it is hard to stay with it.
It is all about writing good posts that are keyword rich and getting links to that content.

Not much chance for development. I would try and give it to Habitat for Humanity if they will take it to get a tax write off.

@Greg Johns, you do not need to be a member to come first time. You can come as my guest.

As President of CFRI, a Not for Profit, and 17 year member, we are the better value for learning how to become an investor.

We have more classes, more meetings and more members.

You also get a varied opinions instead of just one person.

GOREIA is not bad, Robyn has positive attributes for sure, CFRI is just dramatically better.

As President of CFRI, I would like to personally invite you to the meeting tonight and any First Wednesday of the month at 6pm.

I would read Nothing Down for the 90"s as a great starter to get you started thinking like an investor and learn some of the basic fundamentals. I do not recommend any of Robert Allens courses as they are just too expensive.

The only hard part in todays market in Orlando is finding the deals. You must learn direct  mail or internet marketing to become a full time investor in order to get motivated sellers calling you on a regular basis. The money is easy if you find a deal.

You can get a partner, hard money or just wholesale if you find a deal.

Go to as many CFRI meetings as possible and ask the leader if there is a meeting after the meeting where people go and talk about real estate ( and many times a cocktail or something to eat )

Carrie, let me clear a couple things up about this land.

1. Schools are not good at all, they are bad in fact except for Windy Ridge the elementary School. The middle and high schools are very below par.

It is zoned r-3 so it is residential. It is in the County and has no Sewer so you would have to put in septics to put up homes.

It is not a good neighborhood, probably a c- or d. Right next to a f neighborhood.

To get an easement, you would have to pay for a commercial survey and sue someone if you could not get an adjacent owner to agree to it.

I would try and sell it to one of the neighbors for sure. You will just be paying taxes on something that is not worth very much if anything.

I live very near there and buy and sell land and homes in Orlando for 17 years.

Joseph Segal for sure. Make sure you come to CFRI and ask members who they use.

Also Hope Richards is a good source for transactions and land trusts.
