@Nic Schilling, we meet every other Wednesday at 7 pm.  It's super chill. We usually just meet up and talk anything and everything real estate. It's pretty low key and informal. Some people haven't done any real estate deals and others have done a ton. Everyone is welcome. You should def check it out!

@Nicholas Hanson, Welcome to BP. It's an awesome community here. I love the podcasts too. I'd also recommend checking out the weekly webinars. They are a bit more hands on but chalked full of a lot of good info.

Like @Dave Corfman, we do have a bi weekly meet up in Madison and we'd love to have you. It's super chill and we just pretty much meet up and talk anything and everything real estate!

@Jacob Valabov, for sure, we'd love to have you. The meet up will def be next Wednesday. We are potentially working on a location change (to the 100 state building) for the next meet up. @Chela O'Connor should hopefully have the details soon :)

Hi All and @Nate Hedrick,

Full time pharmacist here from Wisconsin! Been in buy and hold investing for about 3 years. Currently up to 10  units. I have my eyes on 15 more (fingered crossed) haha. It's interesting to see other people's perspectives on the real estate investing pharmacy combo! @Mark Stone, I struggle with the question about working a second pharmacy job or doing something like real estate sales or flipping to generate more capital. I think the networking and experience you get from sales and flipping makes it a better option even if it generates less capital in the short term.

Hope to hear from more people! I know @Shane Berken is also an Pharmacist and Real Estate Investor!
