This week we are going back to where it all started. Black Locust Cafe, 829 E. Washington Ave., Madison, WI 53703 at 7:00 PM. This week we will be reviewing rental forms, leases, applications, Notices and more as well as catching up on projects/deals.
We are a group of investors focused on sharing experiences and helping each other navigate the ins and outs of real estate investment in Madison, Dane County and beyond. We also connect to other clubs in the Midwest to share ideas, information and opportunities.

@Nic Schilling, we meet every other Wednesday at 7 pm. It's super chill. We usually just meet up and talk anything and everything real estate. It's pretty low key and informal. Some people haven't done any real estate deals and others have done a ton. Everyone is welcome. You should def check it out!
