@Tanya F. I struggle with this too! The keyword alerts do not flag with the tittle of the event. They will flag in the discussion part of the event if someone write one of your keywords there.

Hi All,

We'll be meeting up for drinks and chatting real estate. This event is a very informal roundtable type discussion. People brand new to real estate up to seasoned investors are welcome. If you're in the Madison, WI or southern Wisconsin region, why not spend the evening chatting real estate with like minded folks??

@Jon Bach and @Dave Corfman , I think you guys will really enjoy it. The first meeting was super chill, we had some food/drinks outside and just chatted about all types of real estate topics! Meghan, was awesome to have as a resource there so definitely bring questions/ideas!!

@Matthew Pagelsdorf, I would agree with what everyone said so far. Just to add, I have seen landlords get into issues with tenants they have to evict for one reason or another who have "paid ahead" so that might be another reason to not accept that big 6 month upfront payment.  

The first meeting was awesome! Lots of great ideas and good discussion. Definitely can't wait for the next one. I highly recommend it anyone in the greater Madison, WI area looking to connect in a new setting with like-minded folks!
