We are a group of investors focused on sharing experiences and helping each other navigate the ins and outs of real estate investment in Madison, Dane County and beyond. We also connect to other clubs in the Midwest to share ideas, information and opportunities. This time we are meeting at Barriques on Atwood, 2166 Atwood Ave., Madison, WI on August 16, 2017, 7:00PM.

@Eric Schmid here is the Madison club meeting. There are so many levels of experienced investors here. @Chela O'Connor and @Hussain Harun do a great job setting these up and conducting amazing informative exchanges amongst the group! We have a couple U of M students who come like @Michael Stengl, will you be there tonight Mike? Don't forget to talk to our Barista friend about that lead!

@Aaron Tobler, yes it is! Every other Wednesday. The next one will be on the 30th! It's a super chill meet up. We all just meet up and talk about anything and everything real estate! We'd love to have you. All the events will be posted on BP and we also have an email mailing list. I'll shoot you a PM on BP and get you on the email list.

@Jacob Valabov, for sure, we'd love to have you. The meet up will def be next Wednesday. We are potentially working on a location change (to the 100 state building) for the next meet up. @Chela O'Connor should hopefully have the details soon :)

The meet up is tomorrow at Barriques on Park St., 961 S. Park St., Madison, 53715 at 7:00 PM. It is a biweekly meeting on Wednesdays! Location varies but it always posted to BP events. Also if you message your email I can get you on a email list.

Hey Scott. The next meet up is on Wednesday the 25th at 7 pm at the Brink Lounge. Def come check it out! It’s super low key. We just meet up and talk about anything and everything real estate.
