@Sarah Kensinger I think it is same very non-brain scam: 1) I got message every few weeks on my phone to ask buy expensive houses when I have a license of realtor; 2) AirBNB did last year and now.

3) for BP, this happened this year. Requested connection after I said something here twice. The scam has 0 post here and has a picture made me suspect it, and tried to comments my icon picture of my nephew. It is a baby but not food but the scam used delicious .... Used very similar words every time. I reported to BP.

Even changed from males to a females, maybe next time is alien or dog poop ...

The dirty scammer is here and tried to send me messages. I believe the scammer used my name and searched me, including AirBNB, BP or any place have to use real name.

Last year I got a scammer inquiry and booked for over month and asked so many questions, including tried to reach me out of AirBNB. Quickly the scammer cancelled the booking.

Now, I got this scammer in AirBNB again: inquiry for more than 2 month rent with one word name and multiple name within one hour and same content. I immediately realized it is scammer. I reported this dirty scammer to AirBNB.

What those scammer want to do when I will not do business out of AirBNB for short term rental? How to prevent those dirty scammer interrupt?

Every time if I have one response in BP, I will get a connection request from the scammer with not so right wording, even the picture is not so proper.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko

You had the best answer for me! So I have no chance to avoid the full tax.

Thank you so much!

@Jeff Nash

Yes. we will not sale it now or near future for the cost of this kind of transaction. Mostly need to find another similar property for primary home and keep this SDIRA as rental.

Thanks for the input.

@Jeff Nash

We will not use for personal home until we can but we are thinking how to change it to a personal home: sale to ourselves? or we pay off the tax through SDRIA and then we can stay as a primary home?

It is a nicer than our primary home and much more old fashion place: quite and slower pace than our home place....

We know the clean path: sale it one day and cash pile in IRA -->we take the cash and pay tax like traditional 401.

Just thinking it...

@Dmitriy Fomichenko.

We like one self-directed IRA purchased property. So we are thinking how can we pay off the tax of this property and then we can live in this house. To pay off the tax of this property during one year, we think we need to pay lots tax, so we are thinking: can we pay off the tax within few years and then we can live in this home. Or how can we use this property as our personal home?

Thanks.

Huiping

Can experienced people share some experience for the tax of self-directed IRA properties?

1) If not sale the property, how to pay off the self-directed IRA purchased SFR tax?

2) To pay off the tax once, it is too much. Can we pay the tax during multiple years?

Thanks.

@Adrian Castillo, I am realtor, investor, and self-manage our properties. One very obvious difference is the applicants are fewer and poor quality for the Plant City list. One of the best quality 3/2 SFR.

We are on the process to purchase another SFR in Plant City and now I started to question our market analysis:

1) Along I4, so many new distribution centers in Plant City and Lakeland didn't really created rental population?

2)the very soon fast train from Orlando to Tampa will not create house demanding on Plant City?

I list one SFR in Plant City and disappointed: the pretty house located in a very nice community but 1)not so much applicants; 2)few scammer and under 500 credit score for all applicants; 3) never show up once I said will check the credit score and income. This rental is over $2300 per month which under Zillow estimated price.

I like Plant City and planned to buy more properties in Plant City. I started to question myself: will the future properties have difficulty to be rented with quality tenants in Plant City?

This is my first time to list a rental in Plant City. I personally like Plant City better than Riverview or Brandon. It is easy to rent out a property in Riverview or Brandon but much fewer qualified applicants in Plant City.

Can you share some experience of Plant City long term rental market? Will the >$2000 per month rental too expensive in Plant City?

Thanks.

Can anyone recommended one lawyer to setup one LLC for two accounts of self-directed IRA: HSA and 410? Money sit there for 2 months and couldn't find a lawyer to setup one LLC to buy one house. Thanks.
