I am on the final preparation phase of my license test and I think: get the license to access MLS maybe one advantage but the biggest advantage is to understand the laws and regulations. I read the exam books, listen, and read on BP at the same time. I spend some weekends time to see some homes by following sales agent (friend) and to find meaning of what I learned theoretically. I understand the concepts related to RE much better. I felt more confidence that I will not put my money on something I have limited or no idea. Maybe it is just for an person with English as second language and come from different RE culture.
