I don't have a company to recommend you but agreed with Jon.  I am not happy with Equity Trust's slowness and error rate. I also had to paid penalty when the money for a transaction did not reach its destination on time after they were slow to send it and sent the wrong amount.

Stay away from them

I'm glad uoy found BP, a great resource to help you accomplish your ambitious goals.

You might check this member in BP: CK Hwang.  He has a very creative strategy to negociate with international investors and great part of his pool is from HK/China, I believe.

Come to our meeting tomorrow at 7 PM @ Pranna.  I'll be there.  It would be great to greet you in person!

I find that very bizarre too. I have paid subsequent taxes in NJ (property, though) with no problem, just meade sure to get receipt and track my check.

There is anyone with more senority in that office you could talk to?

I think that you have spent enough money in trying to learn...Now you need hands on learning. That is when one really learn.

You have no one guru, man.....You have BP. This is a great resource. You can email members or ask questions in the forum and people will guide you. You can put your deals on the forum and get imput no from one or two people, but many folks will weight in.

My humble opinion is spend your hard earned money in making your first deal. You have the whole BP nations behind you!
