To quote the great Jay-Z, allow me to reintroduce myself: my name's Andrew and I live in downtown Orlando. Some background on me:

• - I own two rental properties; a 3/2 duplex near UCF (32817 Union Park) and a SFR near downtown (32806) that was converted into two separate rental units.
• - I'm an Enrolled Agent (federally licensed tax pro) and have my office in Thornton Park. We prepare returns but our specialty is fixing IRS tax problems for self-employed people and small business owners.
• - I'm a licensed Florida real estate sales associate and use it for MLS access, referrals, and flexibility with buy/sell commissions.
• - My real estate investing goal is to keep building my Central Florida residential rental portfolio with a buy-rehab-hold strategy.
• - My serious face profile pic makes me laugh.
