Hi guys my name is Antonio Vasquez, I lived in South Hackensack NJ.  In 2011 my wife and I bought a 2 family home were we currently live in one unit and rent the 2nd unit.  I came across biggerpockets back in 2011 when I was researching how to screen tenants.  I never thought of myself as a real estate investor so at the time I just got the information I needed and walked away from bigger pocket (big mistake).  Lately I've been reading and listening to all the podcasts.  The reason why I said you can call me the idiot is because my plan was to payoff my house in 10 years so for the first 2 years we sent 15k each year to be applied to the principal.  I stopped as soon as I started reading posts on biggerpockets, just imagine the power I would have with those extra 30k in my pocket ready to invest.  I love the biggerpockets community you guys are great and very knowledge, I feel like this website is priceless and I'm so impress with the willingness of you guys to help out each other and everyone willing to listen.  Brandon & Josh you guys rock!, really not that funny but keep trying u will get it together one day..... not. Love Love the bigger's guide podcas, the newbies and I have to wish Ben Leybovich many many  years of health.
