Hi @Lenora Dana! It went very well! We had almost 20 people there from all walks of investing. Not bad for a day when the weather wasn't the best. I hope you are able to make it next month. A lot of great people were there!

Hi all, I hope this is the proper place to post this question. I have someone moving from out of state that is looking to rent in Colorado Springs. This is out of my area of expertise, so I was wondering if any suggestions for websites I can send them besides Craigslist. Up here I know northerncoloradorentals.com is popular so just wondering if a site like that exists down south. Thanks for any input!

I like offering possession a few days after closing so the sellers have time for last minute packing/moving. Interested to hear what has worked for others in this Market.
