Monday's work great!

@Tonya Truelove I didn't see much interest but I think we should start one! There are a lot of people from NoCo on this site. Any suggestions on days? I was thinking once a month on a Tuesday. Like @James Orr said there is also a Northern Colorado Real Estate Investor Group that meets Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Northerncoloradorentals.com! I send lots of people to that site looking for rentals. Less scams. I would also suggest doing an "open house" on a weekend day. That way you aren't constantly driving back and forth. Hope this helps!

In the description of the property you are searching for they can list an address versus a property description (3 bedroom 2 bath etc.). They may still put a time line (typically 60-90 days), for their own protection if you decide to buy that property with another agent. All information above is correct. You are a client not a customer. And if they do become a transaction coordinator you will have to sign an addendum agreeing to this.
