Living in Michigan this makes me chuckle. Its the norm around here. In my home I have wood and kerosene heat for backup and a generator for TV and the computer, Like Workerdrone winter camping is great NO BUGS I hate spiders. Herbster

I've had no personal experience with Michael but have followed his postings for over 2 years. He is intelligent and a very straight shooter where real estate is involved. He's one to listen to when he posts. Herbster

I tend to agree with Brandon and Andy, but Andy if you say you represent the owner and you are not a Realtor you'd be practicing Real Estate w/o a license. Be careful. Herbster

I almost made it to his last training seminar, but couldn't pull it off. John is the Master on the secondary market. Unfortunately he's getting old and his health is bad. If your serious though you probably couldn't beat his material. Herbster

I was thinking the RD to Mark, has to be a rural property though. Summerhome have you considered taking the FHA for 133,500 and a Note for the rest? Caution though, the Note would be in the second position and not normally worth as much so write under terms a Note investor would like on a second. Herbster

Andy, Thats not true, you can get the EMD back if it doesn't pass inspection. This is from a very reputable source. Herbster

Thanks Marc, We can do that. I'm heading to BC or southern Allegan in the next 2 days. Tha foreclosure Dealer in Hartford didn't want to play ball. Go figure. Thanks, Herbster
