We buy single wide mobile homes all over the Mid West. We pay up to $8,000 plus up to a thousand dollar bird dog fee for every mobile home lead that you send us that we can buy in our price range! I am looking for 3 br, single wide homes that can be moved. We work in MI, IN, OH, KY, IL, WI.
The homes must be 1990 or later model, 3 br, vinyl/shingle. The homes must also be able to be moved at our expense.

Shingle, I am curious why do you prefer shingle roof, I like metal roof and metal siding?

R jenkins joshua - Thanks for your kind words! This time of year we prefer Souther Wi. but would consider anything if the deal is right.
"Your max purchase is 8,000 YES WE MAY CONSIDER A LITTLE MORE FOR A SUPER NICE HOME THAT IS A 2003 OR LATER MODEL.
What condition do the mobile homes need to be WE PREFER THEM TO NEED NOTHING BUT WILL BUY HOMES THAT NEED CARPET, PAINT and MINER REPAIRS.
What your criteria ( ARV % , max repair, location ) WE TRY TO WORK IN S. IN ans S. Il and Oh this time of year. I look for homes that need no more than $2k in REPAIRS.
Location meaning Southern, up North, Madison, Racine Wisconsin (etc)
How many are you looking for in Wisconsin ( #'s wise)
I COULD TAKE UP TO 5 A WEEK FOR A YEAR IF THE PRICES ARE RIGHT!!!!

Are these properties going to be relocated to Michigan (just wondering)
SOMETIMES YES AND SOMETIMES THEY WOULD BE SOLD TO PARK OWNERS WE WORK WITH IN WI, IL, IN, OH and ELSEWHERE! THEY GO WHEREVER I CAN SELL THEM THE MOST FOR AT THE TIME:) I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU!!!!

:D I'd be willing to bird dog for you in Southeast Michigan.My inquiry to you is the same as R.Jenkins. I am a newbie and live in the lower Michigan region.
Marc: 1) Are you looking for anyone to bird dog for you in Southeast Michigan? 2)If a bird dog can bring you mobile homes for sale in multiples(groups or blocks) of 5-10 homes at a time-are you willing to extend your travel outside of the geographic region you specified in your first post? Thanks
