Hey @Michael Oliver, I've used Mark Lawson for Hardwood installs and restorations. I am not sure what type of floors you are looking at doing but if it is hardwoods, he is the best! 864-251-0452 is the best way to reach him.

@Kevin Luangrath The upstate is a great location to invest! I have quite a few long term rentals in the area and both Greenville and Spartanburg are vastly growing. Their is a local investor group that meets up once a month that networks really well to grow, learn, and possibly even joint venture on some things!

If you have any questions at all about the area, next steps, or groups please don't hesitate to reach out!

Welcome to BP @Joshua Evans! A good source of deals in the Greenville area would be joining the Facebook group 'Greenville SC Real Estate Investors' Group (I have no incentive to promote this group, they are just a great source of connecting with others who wholesale, flip, invest)

@Hersh Shah could help you in the Atlanta, GA market and has helped many investors in that area!

Again, welcome and good luck! Let us know if you need anything at all!

Hey @Mia Kaiser! Mauldin, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Piedmont, and Williamston are growing areas in Greenville County that have been thriving! I've helped quite a few investors find homes in these areas and they have been extremely satisfied with the price, location, and value.

You are on the right track and good luck with your house hunting! Again, great areas!

@Marwan Rollison excellent post and welcome back to the upstate! Analyzing and finding the right deals out there is very crucial and joining the REI local groups out of Greenville would be an excellent start as @Cody Lewis mentioned. There is a Facebook Group that is pretty well known in the Greenville area as well called 'Greenville SC Real Estate Investors' and they also meet up quite frequently.

Best of luck on your home search and if you ever need any questions answered about a home or the area please don't hesitate to reach out. I've been in the real estate world for 8 years and love helping others get into the value of owning real estate!

Keep it up! You'll get there.

Greenville SC Real Estate Investors Group is a really good group on FB that meets up, posts deals daily, and has interactions.
