Hello All!

I’m looking to get some insight and truth to possibly investing in the area of Pittsfield, MA. My wife has family that lives up here and we visit yearly and I continue noticing a lot of multi family homes in the area.

Her family is telling me that landlords don’t have a lot of say in renting with not being able to evict during the cold months if the tenants have children. I didn’t know if any of you have heard or ran into this?

@Hersh Shah you may have some good insight into this? 

I do know that they reciprocate to some degree but I am not sure to what extent. I am an agent out of SC and have thought of getting my NC license since I am just minutes from the NC line.

What are you planning on starting, expanding on, stopping, etc... for 2020?

I am wanting to expand to investing out of state and gain more connections to further my networking. I could probably go on for days with goals and ambitions. What are yours?
