@Eric Denson - great job in finishing strtong. This business/life for some odd reason is always throwing something at you to challenge you as an individual. BUT like always, if your consistent, and willing to work for it, you always become a winner in some form of way in the end.

@Tyson Cross - Thanks a lot! Opportunity is the service I offered! lol, but on a serious note. This is going to be my 2nd deal with these group of guys.

My very first deal was a 3 unit that we purchased, and sold, and haven't been looking back since. My job in this deal is going to operate this thing from start to finish.

Facilitate/Manage rehab, lease, rent/sell...That's how I carved out my percentage.

I remember this use to be an issue for me. One thing I would stress, along with everyone is find some that I doing what YOU want to do. Then, take them out for lunch and let your devotion, & energy depict how serious you are, and also how you can be a. Asset to them.

I remember times when I would just reach out just to say hello! Lol

Believe it or not, that's what it takes. They say it takes about 4 months to build a relationship.
