Great post. Im actually dealing with a teneant now as we speak.

Everything is coming along. Siding has been completed, along with porch repair. Due to the inclament weather we are facing, exterior paint has been delayed slightly. But were looking to have this completed early next week,

Need some help. Currently searching for a local handyman/property manager in the area to manage the 4 unit we've purchased.

Any suggestions in the area? I've been talking with a few local owners in the neighborhood. Not many options though...

1000 units: Giving off 100k per month. I just want to have the option of doing anything I may choose. When we sit back and think about it, 100k isn't alot of money.
