It's must be nice to be a huge player and being able to sell your unit's for $20 a pop! I'll buy 10k units please! Hell I'm sure I could find enough PM at to get upto 500k!

subject to regulatory approval, 6,327,000 units for $20.55 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $130,019,850

Those "units" are just shares.....you're buying stock, not real estate.
