@Joel Owens - Great point. Everything has been verbal. We finally closed on the building, and things are starting to push along.

The job site has certainly been busy, as we gt underway. BUT he states he is unable to prepare one for me at the moment.

Granted, I know we were suppose to close months ago, but he's been pretty updated along the process...

Thoughts/Advice?

@Henry R. - thanks a lot. Welcome to BP, if we haven't met. Believe me this site has LITERALLY changed my life. Stick with it!

So...BP

We are finally starting getting ready to break ground, and began construction. My deal was pushed back almost 5 months!! Have to love short sales!

I will also re-post numbers as we had to sharpen our pencils a few additional times.

Question though, My contractor that I have is a very well know, and reputable business man. He is doing a considerable amount of work for the town of Manchester, and so forth.

However, he has been very reluctant on providing a "written time-line". Any idea on why?

is this normal?

@Brandon Turner I completely agree Brandon. We still have our creativity, so we should make out fine.

@Terry Hershberger - nothing to do with Doom & Gloom. I just happened to know some ultra successful investors in real estate ( I'm sure you do too) and there advice has been to "prepare". I don't think it's impossible to see that this country is going under and great amount of families will be affected. Even mines, even people on this site.

Unless your in position to take advantage of this crash, it will be pretty tough.

However, the sun will shine again but I rather be prepared, because this one is going to be pretty big I believe. If not, good gracious and ill keep doing deals.

@Rich Weese - thanks for the advice. It is always welcomed. My guys strategy was actually similar to yours.

Feel free to let more follow.

As always guys, just feeling everyone out as to where there heads are.

@Terry Hershberger thanks for the post Terry. I guess this one just comes off as a big one. Everyone states this equivalent to the Depression!

I just want to make sure I'm positioned best as possible. I'm a younger entrepreneur that is finally starting to grow, so just curious as to how to protect myself.

I'm very sure this will create some of thee LARGEST opportunity a many of us have ever seen.

Just want to be on the winning side. What about cash savings and so forth, we stand a chance to loose those, correct?

Investors do bank??

Hey BP,

I must admit, I'm pretty confiden that something big is lining that could naturally affect almost 2/3rds of our living.

Some will admit it, others won't. But a lot of the guys I invest an are mentored by are preparing for the worst.

Why? They have a lot to loose, and will try to avoid as much pressure as possible.

My question to everyone is, how are you positioning your R.E assets for this crash? I'm being told this can ultimately wipe out everything.

I'd recall that @Rich Weese , @William Bannister ,@Bill Gulley making some really good suggestions.

I would to hear all thoughts. All comments are welcome.

@Jessica Soares - work hard. its is MORE than achievable, and is BEING done. I'm sure there are investors here on BP that touches that amount easily on a monthly basis.

@Paul Timmins - Your absolutely correct!! ;)

TEAM, TEAM, TEAM. Build a strong team, and surround yourself with individuals that are doing it. Keep up the great work!
