Yesterday afternoon we bought our first rental property in Eau Claire, WI. We are officially on our way. We have a great relationship with the previous owner and the tenants have taken great care of the apartments. I plan on heading over there today to meet with them face to face to introduce myself and provide my contact information and hopefully answer any of their questions. This is just the first step on our adventure into the world of real estate. I am looking forward to learning through this process and hopefully pick up some other rental properties in the near future. Thank you for all of the support and information that I have received from BP. This site is truly my favorite daily read.
