Sorry for bumping an extremely old post, hopefully someone can answer the question for me though--

When putting a business name on a card, is it essential to have that business incorporated? Although I have a business name I know i want to Incorporate, I just haven't yet and want to have it on a card and maybe a simple WordPress website.

Best books might just be the books carried by BiggerPockets. J. Scott's books are phenomenal

Whether you flip or buy and hold, I think most people would agree you should have wholesaling in your "toolbox"

What's up what's up

You're question though... that's like me asking:

"Hey everyone, I want to do open heart surgery tomorrow afternoon. What do I need first?"

I almost think it is... Everyone will say the same thing "Oh that's cool.. I always thought about something like that BUT........"

Genuinely everyone seems interested but they never take action or spend the time to study it.. they just think it's for magical people born with the secret code to owning property

I think if you're passionate about real estate you will talk about it regardless and to whomever, regardless. The people who should be in your inner real estate circle will reach out to you and continue to reach out to you

Man... If you're asking those kind of questions are you sure you're for a new build? I feel like it's an entirely new can of worms when compared to a flip/rehab.

Nevertheless, search for "New build" or something along those lines up top in the search box. I'm sure there are a lot of post (hopefully prices) meeting those requirements

Also, JScott might have a blog on his website of a new build at 123flip.com (I should probably check to see if there is one there, although i think there is!) I hope you get the answer you're looking for Josh!

From what I hear from a lot of people is hardwood where you don't want tile, and have carpet in the bedrooms
