Hello @Deacon Hayes , I had a similar deal with a rental bought at the wrong time and going into foreclosure. Wasn't fun, but quite the learning experience.

Congrats on the debt payoff, that is a pretty impressive payoff in a short amount of time.. Was that school loans, mortgage, or a combination of things?

Check out the podcasts also. I am still catching up, but a lot of good info in those too

Hi Bob, I just recently signed up with BP also, and from Chandler AZ to top it off. Lots of good advice and articles on this site, it really is a good resource to have.
