New 23, dedicated and looking for a place to start

Hello everyone!

My name is Josh. I am 23 years old. An alumni of Northern Arizona University. I was born and raised in southern California, in Oceanside. Now living in Sedona, AZ. My family lives back in southern California and mt fiance Ashley lives in Scottsdale AZ. I do travel often and as much as I can. Which keeps me free and open to visiting new cities and places.

I am looking to get into real estate and would like it to in good time become my full time job. I have the passion and have the dedication, however I lack a starting point and am looking for a place to hit the ground running.

I am very excited to spend time here, listening and leading!
