Hell Everyone! I'm a native Phoenician currently residing in Tempe, AZ. I am a massage therapist and I do a little bit of graphic design on the side (not much though)

I know real estate has been hot here for quite awhile and I got interested in it almost a decade ago, but life happened and I forgot about it. I recently went through an unemployment period, when suddenly RE was brought back to my interest and I can't believe I let so many years passed by and I didn't do anything. Ugh! Now I am READY!

I currently have no background in RE. Never even owned my own house. But know that RE can provide financial freedom... and this is what I want! I personally would like to start with Wholesaling and work my way into rental properties, Lease Options, Commercial... and anything else that may spark my interest along the way.

I've been reading a lot about Wholesaling in the last month, but it's a bit tough making that first step into just doing it! So I'd love any advice from any other Phoenicians out there. :-)
