The bigger pockets Tenant Application form asks for the tenants social security number, however I use a Smartmove to screen tenants. Should I continue asking for their social security number on my tenant application form or is it useless?

Thanks

many show properties out of state with just lockboxes when the home is vacant.

Is this also a common practice among realtors? And.. Is it necessary to verify their identity prior to giving them the code?

I've come across homeowners who want to list their home with a real estate agent, im not one. But I could bring them one so that they can list their home. How could I make profit out of this? Would it be legal to charge the agent a ''Referral fee" IF they actually end up listing the home with them?

@Alex Moazeni Call an ambulance

@Bruce Woodruff boots on Ground guy, his job is to put up yard sign, take house pictures, and show the property sometimes.

Should I have boots on Ground complete form W-9 form even if the total amount I'll pay for a year is 100-200?

You as a property manager. Do you collect the money and get all the signatures done and then pass that money between you and owner OR do you collect your money and have tenant pay homeowner directly?

I talked to my banker today, and told me wire transfers are used when sending money to a different bank, when individuals are working different banks. And its called "bank transfer" when they're using the same bank. Isn't it the same?

What to do if homeowner wants to take a look at the tenants credit report?
