@Michael Plaks do I need them to complete form W-9 for for any type of work where I pay them even if it is a very simple job? When shouldn't I ask them to complete form W-9?

How do you qualify boots on the ground in order to hire them to either show a property, take pictures etc etc etc? Do you ask for a Picture of their driver's license? What else?
