Question for property managers.

You as a property manager. Do you collect the money and get all the signatures done and then pass that money between you and owner OR do you collect your money and have tenant pay homeowner directly?

Aloha,

I suppose there could be some weird laws in some locations, but I cannot imagine any legitimate, licensed PM allowing, or requesting, a Tenant to pay Owner any portion of anything. Everything goes through our office.
