If your dedicated and persistent you will be successful, people always say they cant stand part time Realtors, I have found some full time are not reliable, and some part time work just as hard, it depends on the job you have, and if it allows the flexibility to go out and show properties, you can be successful part time or fulltime, you can do anything you put your mind to!

If an agent does not have access to the Mls how do they get access to the lockbox? Do they contact the listing agent? Are Real Estate Agents not allowed to show the property because they are not Realtors? Silly question but I am new and want to learn the logistics. it seems if you are not Realtor, you are very limited to what you can do. Please advice. It just seems that you are very restricted to do certain things if you are not a Realtor.

I know they are Real Estate Sales Agents and then there are Realtors, I would like to know if you are a Real Estate Sales Agent how do you get your house listed on the MLS, what do you do to list? I am a Realtor but I notice on various blogs, some folks shy away from a regular Real Estate Agent. I know as a Realtor there are laws under the NAR we should abide by, but what makes a Real Estate Agent succesful, without having the stamp that says Realto

@Eric, thank you very much that is the answer I was looking for, my client wants to purchase an 8 plex, up to 24 units. Why should they go to a Commercial Broker? I dont have the experience but willing to learn, I dont mind partnering up with a commercial agent to have them walk me through or how does this all work for commercial properties, I know its a different ball game

I am new and I have a client that is interested in commercial properties. I want to know where should I go and do I need to purchase a membership for these commercial listings.
