I quit my job of 7 years December 2014 because of security, and I was not happy even with the security. Peopel kept telling me no, but they didn't understand how unhappy I was and staying at a job because it is secured is the worst. Faith is uncertainity. Sometimes yu hyave to do it to go to that happy place. All I can say is save at least 6 months. Let me tell you its not easy and it takes time but, be focus and you will do great : ) Be ready for rejections and once you master that you will be at the top : )

How do I know if a deal if is a good for a online court auction. I am looking at some potential properties for South Florida. I know sometimes if you are not careful you can pay for something that is not first in line to foreclose. I know HOA Associatioans, Mortgage company Lender can become in line. I know IRS can be first and then Property taxes. How can I do my research on this particular property and how all this work.

Post: USPS Street Addressing VS UPS Mailbox Service

Ok I was at the post office today, and I ask if they offer the services that UPS Store offers, and that is having a real actual mailbox instead of a PO BOX, they advice me yes and they offer street addressing service with their actual address ex: 500 Main Street #123( My PO Box), I thought it was a great idea but my only concern is if someone's googling the actual address they will see that it is a Post Office and not an actual business address, but with the UPS Store it seems like an actual business address. I wanted to know has anyone use any of these services and if it is any good. I want to start my direct campaign soon. USPS is cheaper in price. Any advice will help

Thanks

Ok I am very excited I got my first listing appointment. What should expect? I have been cold calling FSbos and Door Knocking, but usually when I do I exclude mobile homes, so today I called and the seller is selling her Father’s House and she say it is a mobile home, now I continue the conversation, she ask me am I realtor and I said yes, she said we need to sell our home and Father’s home can you help us? I said sure, what I learn from this is never exclude anything, it could be your next lead. I was the first agent to call her. What to expect guys, I am preparing my presentation. Any Tips will help

@Sherrine Milton I have been an agent for 3 weeks, lol but I am determine. I door knock, I cold call, I do what it takes. Ask to do open houses for top performing agents in your brokerage, I got five leads from an open house. Everyday I give myself a task, I call FSBOs, door knock on my lunch break, and today true story I have a listing appointment schedule for this Thursday. You just have to be dedicated, don't give up, have a plan and you will be successful!! Watch Youtube Videos on how to be successful as a agent. Everything I'm doing I learn from here and youtube, just be persistent!!

@Anthony Mathews @James Wise thank you for your insight, they tell most agents to just quit their jobs and do this Full time, what they fail to mention is you need prospect for leads, and this can take some time. This is a business and you have to build it from the ground up, your broker will not give you leads. You need to go get them your self if you want to be successful. I am a new agent and I am building my database with sellers and buyers, I have that flexibility to leave work, however I will not tell someone to quit their jobs, I have two friends who looked for their house after 5pm and on the weekends because they were at work, Most people work a 9-5, @Sherrine Milton being a Full Time agent does not mean you will be successful as James Wise suggested its takes work, and if you are determine you will be successful as a part time or full time agent, no matter what but it takes work : )
