@Brookshire Harris This post is a good dialogue and was very informative as I was also looking at REI Rail.

I made the decision last week to hold off as it’s really important to vet new software and based on posts here, does anyone know if they did beta or soft release with limited sign up to work out some of the issues mentioned?

I've seen multiple REI software companies do multiple beta trials before going live.

I think they have a good concept and hopefully it continues to deliver and get better.

@Patrick C. You should have email receipt from the purchase. That’s all I got and was think there would be more confirmation emails etc. Well I’m here now and walked up to the registration and gave my name and I’m all set. You should be ok as long as you got the payment confirmation email.

@Shelby (Osborne) Johnson I have received a few off market listing in Fayetteville and have shied away from the area.  Would love to know more from someone local and share what I have.  I'm a multifamily investor.

@Joe Myers I'll check your link

@Matt Gilroy I was in Spokane earlier this year for 2 weeks (FT job) and just love the downtown river area.  Really nice place!!

@Quinyana Mosley you are in the right place. First thing is get educated on what you are trying to do. Duplex, Tri, quads or small apartments. Go to local meetups and start networking especially with your local banks so you’ll want to figure out how you will fund the deals. How much skin in the game (your own cash) are you comfortable with. Analyze deals or find someone who is doing multifamily locally and build relationships.
@Frank Wolter great read. Really drove the point home about no debt. I agree 100%!!

@Carly M. I think it was a scam all along. Absorb 3K and just quit. Who does that?
