Multifamily Homes in Fayetteville NC

Hi my name is Christian. Currently house hacking my first SFR until I can rent it. I am interested in multi family homes to buy and hold. Hard to find those ideal duplex buildings under market value in my area. I have no experience in flipping, is a turn key building a good way to go? I am hoping to find someone who has broken the surf I know I have plenty to learn but I can only read so many more books until I have to just get that first deal under my belt.

@Dan Handford Thanks! Did finally get into a house, have roommates to cover costs. I agree not the best market, plan on moving in a couple years as soon as I finish school. Thanks for the encouragement!
