12 years old, when my parents opened a savings account (hey I earned a return, LOL)

RE transactions did not happen until 45 years old.  I encourage anyone to follow there dreams.  I actually purchased Carlton Sheets (google him) course at a young age, but did not believe I could ever do such a thing.  Now that I'm doing it I missed out on a lot of opportunities, but remember IT'S NEVER TO LATE!!

Some hard work, but never impossible.

Keep pushing!

It really depends on your focus, are you a wholesaler, buy & hold, flipper, or multifamily.  There are deals to be made almost everywhere.  Sure some places have smaller populations so the deals are scarce, but here is my list of states:

PA, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, AL, TN, GA, FL, MS, IA, MO, OH

Made $50K in less than 24 hours!.  I closed on a property with plans to flip it, but ended up selling for $50,000 more than purchase in less than 24 hours after closing.

Post: sell now, gather cash, be prepared and get ready. market crash.

@Laurie Carpenito thanks for the feedback!!

I did ended up talking to a few that seemed too busy to take on new projects, but I did find one who was ready and willing.  Closing next week on a nice Cape Cod on Fayetteville St in Durham!!

Thank you all! This community is awesome and glad you are apart of it.

As my real estate business grows larger, I’m looking for partners who would be interested in funding some of our deals on a short-term basis. If you or someone you know might be interested in hearing more about what that could look like, message me and we can chat.

@Ramona Huot American standard based on what my plumber tells me. He says it flushes better and less likely to clog since the trap is coated.
