@Mike Bean That sounds like a great plan. Framingham is great for rentals and Worcester too. We will have another meetup coming up at the end of February which will be at our flip in Framingham.

@Ernest Partin We like Lynn but don't have a buy & hold there yet.

Currently, we are in Revere, Roxbury, Brighton, Charlton and Worcester.

A little spread out but that's where the numbers made sense.
