I am interested and semi educated in the field of real estate. I'm looking for help and advice in making my initial investment. I've read several books and I'm currently taking adult education classes at Boston University for commercial finance.

I'm interested in investing in general, buy and hold investing, flipping houses, low or no money real estate investing, house hacking, and multifamily investing. Would like to make my initial investment in the next 6 months. Which is a very ambitious goal. To start by a couple of flips and hopefully make a few wholesale opportunities along the way.

Welcome @Maxwell Lewis.  Since you're interested in coursework, don't forget to look at the free courses that MIT offers on real estate.  Hard to beat free.
