good evening brothers and sisters

How do you get your assignment fee working with a traditional financed buyer. Cash buyers pay you to your assignment contract. How do you get paid with a traditional financed buyer? Do you include your fees in the pric of the house? At if the house sale price is $90,000 your wholesale fee is $10,000 do you buyer agrees to $100,000 how do you write that assignment contract up? Thanks

Meeting with someone the weekend payments are 5 to 6 months in arrears they just want out. Maybe I could bring payments current put it under contract and assign to a buyer.I have little experience with this anyone that has more experience share some ideas please. Thanks

i am not new to BP but don't post much. I'm new as well watched a lot podcasts know the outcome $1995 today only. I have been going full steam then back off. Km on Saturday roll again trying to conquer the fear factor. Thanks for the encouraging words.

I'm a new investor and I have a person that wants me to help them find a property. They have been pre qualified but of course I don't have access to property to show on the MLS. Do I work with the agent and negotiate a fee for the deal? Or negotiate with the buyer for me fees?

New to the game of Investing. Wanting to move some funds from a 457 to a Self Directed IRA for investing. With 457 you almost have to be in dire straights to get your money out. Any suggestions on how to get it out without quoting my job just yet ?
